REGARDING THE NASUBA CORPORATE GOLD CARD

 

Q1. What is the Nàsuba Corporate Gold card?

The Nàsuba Corporate Gold card is a private multifunction card allowing holders to pay their bills, bet online, within the limits of the amount on their account… for an entire world of services offered by Nàsuba express.
Moreover, the Nàsuba Corporate Gold card is a prepaid direct debit card, which can be topped up with top-up vouchers.

 

Q2. What are the requirements for obtaining a Nàsuba Corporate Gold card?

There are no specific requirements for obtaining a Nàsuba Corporate Gold card, apart from the fact that its use is limited to adults (individuals of more than 18 years of age), not legally forbidden from entering into a contract. You must supply your real name, your address, email address, telephone number and any other information we might reasonably need to ask of you in order to determine your eligibility status. Your request for a card is not subject to verification of your financial or professional situation.

 

Q3. How long is the Nàsuba Corporate Gold card valid for?
The Nàsuba Corporate Gold does not have an expiration date and can be used by its holder for life. However, the Nàsuba Corporate Gold Special Edition Football 2008 card is only valid for less than a year (31 December 2008). Once this expiration date has passed, it will be replaced by a Nàsuba Corporate Gold Card from the Nàsuba express offer. Any remaining credits will be transferred to your new card.
 
Q4. What does the activation process consist of?

The process consists of calling the Customer Service as soon as the card has been bought in order to register it and therefore be able to top up the card and access the different Nàsuba express services.
 
Q5. Can I hold any number of Nàsuba Corporate Gold cards?

No, you cannot hold any number of Nàsuba Corporate Gold cards. Once your first card has been bought and activated, you have accepted the general Terms of Sale fixing one Nàsuba Corporate Gold account per person. Nevertheless, purchasing a card is not subject to any specific conditions. You can therefore give a Nàsuba Corporate Gold card to a family member or friends.
 
Q6. Does the Nàsuba Corporate Gold specify a name?
The Nàsuba Corporate Gold card does not detail a name but that does not mean that the card is anonymous. Indeed, a certain amount of card holder information is registered on our computer system.  

 

Q7. How can I find out the balance of my Nàsuba Corporate Gold card?

There are different ways of finding out your account balance. You can contact our Customer Service, which will give you your balance following compulsory identity checks. If you have internet, you will soon be able to access your customer account on our www.nasuba.com website in order to check operations on your card and your account balance.
 
Q8. Can I put money onto my Nàsuba Corporate Gold card?

Since the Nàsuba Corporate Gold card is a prepaid direct debit card with an electronic purse, the account linked to the latter can be credited by purchasing top-up vouchers available in different amounts from our partner bank networks and approved distributors. The updated list of outlets can be consulted on a permanent basis on our www.nasuba.com website or by calling our Customer Service.
 
Q9. Is there a credit limit on my Nàsuba Corporate Gold card?
No, Nàsuba Corporate Gold card top-ups are limitless.
 
Q10. Is my money safe on a Nàsuba Corporate Gold card account?
On activating your Nàsuba Corporate Gold card, our Customer Service registers personalised and secure information, including a secret question and answer, a secret pin number, which will enable us to recognise you as card owner every time you call to use your card.
 
Q11. What should I do in the event of theft or loss of my Nàsuba Corporate Gold card?
We recommended calling our Customer Service immediately to request your card to be disabled, thus making it unusable. Any remaining credits will be transferred to your new card.
 

Q12. Someone has seen my secret pin number and I left my card lying about…
We recommend contacting our Customer Service immediately and you can, if you so wish and as a precaution, change your secret information.
 
Q13. Can I pay online with my Nàsuba Corporate Gold card?
Not exactly, since the Nàsuba Corporate Gold does not have the information enabling you to pay your purchases directly online, as you would with a payment card. However, the Nàsuba Corporate Gold card gives you privileged access to a payment service called Nàsuba EasyPay, which in fact represents a virtual VISA or MasterCard card to go shopping on the Internet.
 
Q14. Is the Nàsuba Corporate Gold card part of an affiliation programme?
For the moment, the prepaid Nàsuba Corporate Gold card is not offered within the framework of an affiliation programme. We are nevertheless working to develop this programme in view of offering this opportunity to our clients.
 
REGARDING THE NASUBA EXPRESS CARD
 
Q15. What is a Nàsuba express card?
The Nàsuba express card is a prepaid top-up card, allowing its holder to carry out domestic and international payments, to withdraw cash or settle payments… anywhere where VISA or MasterCard cards are accepted. It comes in two versions, depending on your needs: a VISA version and a Mastercard version. It operates hand in hand with the private Nàsuba Corporate Gold Special Edition Football 2008 card.
 
Q16. What are the conditions for obtaining a Nàsuba express card?
You have to be holder of a Nàsuba Corporate Gold Special Edition Football 2008 card and have activated the latter by calling our Customer Services, that is to say to have bought the Nàsuba express kit containing both a Nàsuba Corporate Gold card and a Nàsuba express card.
 
Q17. Do you have to book a Nàsuba express card?
Booking by telephone with our Customer Service or by internet on our www.nasuba.com website is not obligatory; however, by booking your Nàsuba express card as from now, you will be able to take advantage of preferential rates as one of the very first card holders. In addition, booking will enable you to take part in the different draws for the grand “Nàsuba express Magic Moment” tombola with the chance of winning up to 50 000 000 CFA Francs:
ACN : 20 million,
CAF Champions league: 10 million,
Euro 2008: 20 million.

 
Q18. Is there a fee for booking a Nàsuba express card?
There is a fee for booking. The amount is deductible from the cost of the Nàsuba express payment card. The booking costs will be debited from your Nàsuba Corporate Gold card.
Moreover, a reference number will act as proof of your booking.

 
Q19. How do I top up my Nàsuba express card?
A user guide is put at your disposal when issuing your Nàsuba express card.
 
REGARDING THE NASUBA EASYP@Y CARD
 
Q20. What is Nàsuba EasyP@y ?
Nàsuba EasyP@y is a virtual prepaid online or telephone payment card for making purchases with our Visa- and Mastercard- accepting networks. It does not give credit and only allows payments restricted to the actual amounts on the card.
Nàsuba EasyP@y will enable you to settle, online or by telephone, purchases for goods or services with Visa or Mastercard network traders throughout the world, such as our games and services: online GSM top-up purchases, online betting with Nàsuba bet, access to football matches on internet with www.lc2international.tv

 
Q21. How can I obtain this service?
Nàsuba EasyP@y is exclusively on offer to Nàsuba Corporate Gold card holders having requested it from our Customer Service. Your purchase amount will be debited from your Nàsuba Corporate Gold account.
You will then receive the pin number for your top-ups by SMS, email or voice mail.

 
Q22. Can my Nàsuba EasyP@y pin number be used in an automatic teller machine?
No, only your Nàsuba express card can be used in an automatic teller machine.
 
Q23. Can Nàsuba EasyP@y pin numbers be used to top up Nàsuba express cards?
No, Nàsuba EasyP@y pin numbers cannot top up Nàsuba express cards.
 
 
REGARDING THE PRUCHASE OF GSM PARTNER NETWORK TOP-UPS
 

Q24. What is the GSM partner network top-up purchasing service? 
This service consists in purchasing top-ups for your GSM networks (Moov, Mtn, Sentel, Orange, etc…) from our Customer Service. Your purchase amount is then debited from your Nàsuba Corporate Gold card.
You then receive your top-up pin numbers at your convenience either by SMS, by email, by fax or by telephone. In addition, you can enjoy bonus top-ups with this 24/7 service.
